Robert Fragasso, CFP®
President
With over three decades of experience in the investment and financial planning fields, Bob heads Fragasso Financial Advisors.
He is a graduate of Duquesne University and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He earned his CFP® or Certified Financial Planner ™ designation in 1982 from the College for Financial Planning and was recently honored as a founding member of that profession. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and he is certified through the Institute for Certified Divorce Financial Analysts.
Bob is active with several local charities including the board of Animal Friends, a no-kill animal shelter. He is chairman-elect of the Board of Governors of the Rivers Club, a past President of Amen Corner and president of Amen Corner Charities which provides scholarship assistance to local students attending South Western Pennsylvania colleges and universities.
Bob was selected to Duquesne University’s Century Club of notable graduates and designated a Distinguished Alumnus of Carrick High School. He serves on the Board of Trustees of La Roche College and as Advisory Board Chair for the Pittsburgh chapter of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
He was selected as one of the Top 100 Independent Investment Advisors nationally by Barron's Magazine and among the 100 Best Investment Advisors by The Best of the U.S., Inc. He was also named one of the Top 100 Investment Advisors nationally by Registered Rep Magazine and the firm was designated a Winner’s Circle recipient by Research Magazine for the Top 5 Investment Teams in America. Locally, Bob was recognized by the Pittsburgh Business Times as a Diamond Award Winner which honors the region’s top CEO’s and presidents.
Bob is the author of Starting Your Own Practice: The Independence Guide for Professional Service Providers, published by John Wiley and Sons.

Michael Fertig
Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer
Michael is responsible for the management and
monitoring of client investment portfolios. This includes the creation
and implementation of financial plans, asset modeling, review meetings
and ongoing client dialogue and communications. He is licensed for
insurance and investments by all of the appropriate licensing bodies.
As Managing Director of Sales and Marketing, Michael supervises
the Marketing and Seminar Department and works with them to identify
and develop new marketing and sales outreaches to insure the future
success and growth of Fragasso Financial Advisors.
Michael also communicates and promotes the Group's resources to
the professional community. This includes attorneys, accountants
and retirement plan trustees. The Group is convinced of the vital
importance of coordinating all of a client's advisors for clarity
and completeness of advice and for financial plan implementation.
Michael is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a major
in Political Science. He is currently working toward his CFP® or Certified Financial Planner ™ designation through the College for Financial
Planning in Denver.
Michael serves on committees for the South Hills Chamber of Commerce and also coaches youth baseball through the Bethel Baseball Association and youth football for the Bethel Park Junior Hawks. He resides in Bethel Park with his wife, Kathy, and their two children, Bailey and Kaitlyn.

Deborah F. (Sales) Graver, CFP®
Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer
As Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Debbie develops
organizational procedures to ensure efficient operations within and
between all departments of the firm. As an experienced financial
advisor, she also meets with clients and prospective clients to evaluate
their current financial situation, discuss future financial goals, and create a strategic plan to help them accomplish these goals.
Debbie's areas of expertise include risk management and estate planning.
Debbie received her B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University
and her M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. She is licensed
for insurance and investments by all of the appropriate licensing
bodies and is registered as an Investment Advisory Representative
and Certified Financial Planner ™.
Debbie is currently a member of the Board of Delegates of the United Jewish Federation and sits on the Pittsburgh Council for the Anti-Defamation League. In the past, she has served on the Advisory Board for the Pittsburgh Race for the Cure and as an honorary board member for the Homeless Children’s Education Fund. Debbie is a member of Amen Corner and a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh.

Kevin Daeschner
Vice President
Kevin works directly with clients to implement their financial
plans and in the ongoing management and monitoring of client investment
portfolios. This includes regular review meetings, implementation
of financial plans and ongoing client dialogue and communication.
He is licensed for insurance and investments by all of the appropriate
licensing bodies.
Kevin joined the Group after working as a Financial Advisor for
two national financial service firms in the financial planning and
brokerage arena. Over the last five years Kevin has earned and been
honored with several financial industry awards for both performance
and client service.
Kevin is a graduate of Mercyhurst College where he earned his B.S. in Finance and Financial Planning. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is involved with the Chamber of Commerce, American Cancer Society and the Special Olympics.

Gregg Daily
Vice President
Gregg works with clients in implementing their financial plans and in the ongoing review and management of their investment portfolios and insurance needs. He also lectures with Fragasso Financial Advisors in Wexford, Sewickley, and the South Hills, specifically in the area of retirement planning. His credentials include the Series 7, Series 66 and Pennsylvania Insurance Licenses held with LPL Financial, and he holds an Associates Degree from the Western School. Gregg has been with Fragasso Financial Advisors for six years, and came with previous experience with two major financial firms.
Gregg is a member of the Community Relations Committee at the River’s Club in downtown Pittsburgh, promoting outreach and sponsorship of events that benefit the greater Pittsburgh area. He is also on the Board of Directors for Chatham Baroque and serves on the Jefferson Hills Economic Development Commission. Gregg is married with two children and resides in the South Hills.

James Danko
Vice President
James joined the Group as a Portfolio Manager and then transitioned into the role of Financial Advisor. James works directly in the ongoing management and monitoring of client investment portfolios. This includes regular review meetings, implementation of financial plans and ongoing client communication. He is licensed for investments by all of the appropriate licensing bodies. James joined the Group after gaining valuable experience at a major local bank, working in the brokerage department. He graduated from Thiel College with a B.A. in both Actuary Science and Business Administration. James also earned his M.B.A. from Point Park University.

Melissa Richey, CFP®
Vice President
Melissa works directly in the management and monitoring of
client investment portfolios. This includes regular review meetings, implementation of
financial plans, and ongoing client communications. She also works with our Portfolio
Management team in the managing and monitoring of several employer retirement plans and
endowment funds. In addition, Melissa lectures regularly with Fragasso Financial Advisors in Wexford
and Boyce community colleges.
Melissa joined the Group with four years of experience working as a Financial Advisor with a national financial service firm in the financial planning and brokerage arena. In addition, she was an Independent Financial Advisor with a local financial planning firm. She is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a B.S in Finance. She is licensed for insurance and investments by all of the appropriate licensing bodies. In 2004, Melissa earned her Certified Financial Planner ™ designation through the American College of Financial Planning. Her other credentials include Series 7, 63, 65, held with LPL Financial and Pennsylvania Insurance license.

Brian Robinette, AIF®, CRPS®
Vice President,
Retirement Plan Fiduciary Advisor
Brian works with Human Resource professionals and retirement
plan trustees in implementing their retirement plans and other group fringe benefit
plans. He conducts employee financial education programs for our corporate clientele
to help maintain good investment decisions within an employees retirement plan. Brian
also analyses other company group benefits such as group long and short-term disability,
group life insurance and group long term health care as well as voluntary benefit
programs to insure quality and cost effectiveness.
Brian is a graduate of West Virginia University where he earned a B.S. in Human Resources Management. He is licensed for investments by all of the appropriate licensing bodies.

Christine Robinette, CDFA®, MSW
Vice President
Christine has been a Financial Advisor with Fragasso Financial Advisors since 1996. Christine works directly in the management and monitoring of clients' investment portfolios. This includes the creation and implementation of financial plans, asset modeling, review meetings and ongoing client dialogue and communications.
She is licensed for insurance and investments by all of the appropriate licensing bodies. She is currently working towards her Certified Financial Planner ™ designation. Christine attended the University of Pittsburgh for her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work.
Christine is an active member in her community. She is a board member of the Bethel Park Community Foundation, a member of the Bethel Park Hall of Fame committee and is the Co-President of Memorial Elementary PTA. Christine is on the board of Contact Pittsburgh and also Co-Chairs an annual fundraising event that benefits Animal Friends, a local animal shelter.

Liliann Moser
Financial Advisor
Liliann works directly in the management and monitoring of client investment portfolios, asset modeling, and ongoing communications with clients in the Enhanced Client Resource Center. She joined the Group with thirteen years of previous working experience with a national financial firm in the financial planning and brokerage arena.
Liliann is a graduate of Bradford Business School with a Certificate in Executive Business Management. Her credentials include Series 7 and 66 held with LPL Financial, and she is currently working toward her Pennsylvania Insurance License.

Andrei Voicu, CFP®
Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer
Andrei is responsible for internal investment management for the Group. In this capacity he selects and allocates securities in custom designed stock, bond and mutual fund portfolios. The Investment Management Department's direct involvement in client servicing ensures customized portfolio design based on the specific and unique needs of each client.
Andrei joined the Group with similar experience from a major investment consulting and asset management firm.
Andrei is licensed for investments by all the appropriate licensing bodies. He is also licensed as a Certified Financial Planner ™ or CFP®. Andrei obtained a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.B.A in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Daniel Dingus
Investment Manager
Daniel works in the Investment Management Department. As an Investment Manager he has responsibility for assisting with implementing recommendations of client portfolios and the assembly of client annual reviews. He also supports the Financial Advisors by handling trades, processing requisitions and allocating funds for new accounts.
Daniel obtained a B.S. in Economics and a M.B.A. in Finance from Duquesne University. His credentials include Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 held with LPL Financial.

Colette Griffith
Portfolio Administrator
Colette works in the Investment Management Department. She is responsible for preparing client reports and tracking security performance for review meetings.

Brianne King
Investment Manager
Brianne works in the Investment Management Department. As an Investment Manager she has responsibility for assisting with implementing recommendations of client portfolios and the assembly of client annual reviews. She also supports the Financial Advisors by handling trades, processing requisitions and allocating funds for new accounts.
Brianne is a graduate of Duquesne University with a B.S. in Finance. Her credentials include Series 7 and 63 held with LPL Financial.

William Wolfe
Investment Manager
Bill joined the Investment Management team after graduating from the University of Dayton with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. His job responsibilities include preparing annual reviews, implementing recommendations of client portfolios, and processing the re-allocation of various funds. His credentials include Series 7 held with LPL Financial.

Karen Lapina
Financial Planning Specialist
Karen works with prospective and existing clients, gathering and assembling the financial data necessary for the creation of financial plans.
She is responsible for client interface and the creation of comprehensive financial schedules for client-specific life goals including retirement, estate planning and education funding.
Karen received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Drexel University and brings more than 10 years of financial industry experience to the Group. Her credentials include the Series 7, Series 65, Series 63 and Pennsylvania Insurance Licenses held with LPL Financial.

Raymond Amelio
Managing Director
Vice President, Seminars and Marketing
Ray is responsible for marketing and client acquisition and will organize corporate and college financial education seminars; work with the firm's existing client base to obtain referrals and new business and promoting Fragasso Financial Advisors through various networking opportunities.
Ray graduated from Duquesne University with a BA in Political Science and received his Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from LaRoche College. He served with the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and was a Field Corpsman with the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam.

Joy Holden
Marketing Administrator
Joy provides invaluable support for Fragasso Financial Advisors to develop and implement Fragasso Financial Advisors's advertising and publicity events. She is responsible for maintaining current marketing and seminar literature that meet compliance regulations for the industry. She also handles the administration and coordination of our corporate and university seminars, which include workbook assembly, database maintenance and direct mailings.
Prior to joining Fragasso Financial Advisors, Joy worked as an office manager for more than a decade. She volunteers her time with the Rankin Junior Tamburitzans and the Bulgarian-Macedonian National Educational and Cultural Center. Additionally, Joy is a performer with the BMNECC's dance ensemble "Otets Paissi" and is an annual participant in the Pittsburgh Race for the Cure.

Loriann Ostermueller
Marketing Specialist
Loriann's extensive technical skills have proven to be invaluable to Fragasso Financial Advisors. She is responsible for administration of the website, seminar layout, and marketing literature design. Additionally, she assists Joy with activities such as development and implementation of marketing and publicity events and maintaining current marketing and seminar literature.
Prior to joining Fragasso Financial Advisors, Loriann worked as a marketing communications specialist for over six years with an investment firm in Philadelphia. She graduated from Rowan University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a specialization in Marketing.

Nadene Sales
Managing Director
Human Resources Manager and Controller
Nadene is responsible for all facets of the daily internal accounting and fiscal oversight of the firm. She prepares the annual budget and provides periodic analytical studies. In her role as Human Resources Manager, Nadene is responsible for payroll, benefits and industry compliance for all employees. She also manages the administration of the office facilities.
Nadene graduated from Chatham College with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English. She co-owned the Regent Square Theatre for 15 years, then spent eight years as a Human Resources professional in Pittsburgh and Atlanta.

Lisa Federici
Senior Client Account Specialist
Lisa provides valuable support in processing all aspects of administrative paperwork including fund transfers and new and managed account applications
She also is instrumental in the follow-up procedure with outside investment sources to insure prompt and accurate processing of all client paperwork. In addition to paperwork, Lisa also handles the processing of all outgoing checks and journals, form ordering, mailings and maintenance of client files. She comes to us with 25 years of experience in the Financial Service Industry. Lisa has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Paulette (Polly) Aites
Client Account Specialist
Polly provides valuable support in processing all aspects of administrative paperwork including fund transfers and new and managed account applications. She also is instrumental in the follow-up procedure with outside investment sources to insure prompt and accurate processing of all client paperwork. In addition to paperwork, Polly also handles the processing of all outgoing checks and journals, form ordering, mailings and maintenance of client files.
Polly has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Jennae Bakosh
Director of First Impressions
Jennae provides valuable assistance to the administrative staff by utilizing her interpersonal and organizational skills to greet clients, provide clerical support, answer incoming calls and schedule appointments.
Jennae graduated from Robert Morris University with a bachelors degree in Fine Arts.

Brianne Danko
Client Account Specialist
Brianne provides valuable support in processing all aspects of administrative paperwork including fund transfers and new and managed account applications. She also is instrumental in the follow-up procedure with outside investment sources to insure prompt and accurate processing of all client paperwork. In addition to paperwork, Brianne also handles mailings and maintenance of client files.
Brianne graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Elementary Education.

Barbara Dressler
Administrative Specialist
Barbara lends administrative support to our retirement plan department. She also provides support in the area of account maintenance for all clients. Barbara is head of a new SEC and compliance approved document management service which will enable our staff to retrieve account related documents without leaving their workstations.
Prior to her employment with Fragasso Financial Advisors, Barbara had more than 20 years of experience as a trainer in the food service industry, and spent 8 years in retail management.

Bryan Hoover
Client Account Specialist
Bryan assists the Enhanced Client Resource Center in processing all aspects of
administrative paperwork including fund transfers and new and managed
account applications. He is instrumental in the follow-up
procedure with outside investment sources to insure prompt and accurate
processing of all client paperwork as well. In addition to paperwork, Bryan
also handles the processing of all outgoing checks and journals,
form ordering, mailings and maintenance of client files.
Bryan graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Journalism. He credentials include the Series 7 and Series 66 Pennsylvania Insurance Licenses held with LPL Financial.

Lindsay McArdle
Administrative Assistant
Lindsay provides valuable assistance to the administrative staff by utilizing her organizational skills to provide clerical and office support.
She also handles the administration of annual reviews and financial plans, which include assembly, mailing and filing.
Lindsay graduated from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree
